"Mike is a true professional. He explained what insurance we needed, and didn't need, in ways we could understand, and he took the time to learn our situation. His personal touch saved us almost $2500 from our previous insurer, and he fixed our coverage gaps so we were actually covered for future issues. "Recently I was shopping for a new insurance carrier for Home and Auto. I shopped 4 carriers. StateFarm was not the lowest cost. However, Rosemary was the most thorough with me, she reviewed line by line all of the differences in coverage and showed where we would be receiving a LOT more coverage for less than 1% difference in out of policy costs. *there is a drive safe and save, where in a few months our rate should actually drop as well."
