I have worked in the insurance industry for the past 5 years and have talked to colleagues ranging from personable yet unknowledgeable to knowledgeable but down right rude. "Mike has always answered my calls and has helped with any issue I had. After Hurricane Helene an adjuster looked at my roof and determined it only needed repair. I requested a second inspection. After many phone calls and emails Mike was able to obtain a second inspection, a more thorough one. I was granted a new roof! Yay! Thank you, Mike."
